Micro-Grants for Community Projects
- Focus: Funding innovative, locally-driven solutions.
- Activities:
- Quarterly grant cycles offering \$500–\$2,000 per project.
- Proposal writing support and project planning guidance.
- Public exhibitions and storytelling of funded initiatives.
Training in Nonprofit Governance, Fundraising & Advocacy
- Focus: Building sustainable and accountable community organizations.
- Activities:
- Governance training on board roles, compliance, and transparency.
- Fundraising workshops on grant writing, donor engagement, and digital campaigns.
- Advocacy labs teaching policy engagement and community organizing.
