  1. Leadership Development Workshops

  • Focus: Personal growth, strategic thinking, and community mobilization.
  • Activities:
    • Leadership bootcamps covering visioning, communication, and conflict resolution.
    • Peer mentorship and networking sessions.
    • Community storytelling and public speaking practice.
  1. Micro-Grants for Community Projects

  • Focus: Funding innovative, locally-driven solutions.
  • Activities:
    • Quarterly grant cycles offering \$500–\$2,000 per project.
    • Proposal writing support and project planning guidance.
    • Public exhibitions and storytelling of funded initiatives.
  1. Training in Nonprofit Governance, Fundraising & Advocacy

  • Focus: Building sustainable and accountable community organizations.
  • Activities:
    • Governance training on board roles, compliance, and transparency.
    • Fundraising workshops on grant writing, donor engagement, and digital campaigns.
    • Advocacy labs teaching policy engagement and community organizing.
